My name is Heather. I am 28 years old from Knoxville, TN. Self-discovery and healing is the area that my life has been centered around. I have spent the past eight years writing and researching various aspects about life to overcome many of life's biggest obstacles. I have learned that only by living healthy, being healthy. and having internal happiness we can reach our fullest potential. All happiness in life comes from within. There is a well of strength in all of us that is powerful, yet gentle. It is Love. My life purpose is to help others find their inner strength and to love themselves. The world is in need of a revolution that can bring unity and peace on a global scale. It starts with each of us individually. One by one we can make the world a better place.
